Our Team

Charity Buchika

Founder.& Principal

Charity Buchika has over 25-years of experience designing spaces, including residential and commercial/hospitality projects, across Vermont, New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Florida, and Colorado.

Charity holds a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Marymount College and an NDCIQ certification. But her most formative years were outside of the classroom, including a childhood spent in a restored 1800s farmhouse on a teasel farm and exploring antiques shows while tagging along with her parents. Later, years of exploring the world and experiencing life in seven states enhanced her talent for fusing natural design with modern amenities for an elegant and soothing lifestyle.

When Charity is not in Teaselwood’s flagship studio in Ludlow, she is skiing, biking or hiking with her family, including two Border Collies, Rio and Leif Erikson.
